摘 要: | 目的:探讨膳食改善对社区围绝经期妇女骨质疏松及生活质量的影响。方法:选择55例围绝经期妇女,随机分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=30)进行观察。12个月后采用生存质量指数评定量表(SF-36QOL)分别对两组患者生存质量进行评分并记录。结果:观察组总体生存质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:膳食改善可以降低围绝经期综合征的发生,提高围绝经期妇女的生活质量,且是最经济、安全、方便的方法。

Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of dietary improvement on osteoporosis and quality of life(QOL) of perimenopausal women.Methods:55 perimenopausal women were selected and divided into observation group(n=25) and control group(n=30) randomly.SF-36QOL was used to assess and record the QOL of the two groups after 12 months.Results:The overall QOL in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Dietary improvement can reduce the occurrence of perimenopausal syndrome and improve QOL of perimenopausal women,which is an economic,safe and convenient method. |
