| 摘 要： | 目的对中药蕤仁(Nux Prinsepiae Uniflorae)化学成分进行分离、鉴定。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、制备薄层色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为β谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜苷(2)、香草酸(3)、原儿茶酸(4)、熊果酸(5)、里白烯(6)b、alanophonin(7)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chemical constituents of Nux Prinsepiae Uniflorae in order to reveal the active components for their further development.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and identified on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis.Results Seven compounds were obtained and identified as βsitosterol,daucosterol,vanillic acid,ursolic acid,diploptene,protocatechuicacid,balanophonin.Conclusions Seven compounds were isolated from the genus Prinsepia for the first time. |
