AF内固定治疗无脊髓神经损伤胸腰椎骨折术后分析

摘    要:目的 治疗无脊髓神经损伤胸腰椎骨折,以防后期出现脊髓神经症状。方法 应用AF内固定治疗无脊髓神经损伤胸腰椎骨折21例,对伤椎通过椎弓根椎体内植入自体松质骨。结果 术后21例均无出现继发性脊髓神经损伤。结论 应用AF内固定治疗无脊髓神经损伤胸腰椎骨折,对伤椎通过椎弓根椎体内植入自体松质骨,取得较好疗效。

Abstract:Objective To treat the patients with thoracolmnbar fracture without spinal cord injury, to prevent spinal cord symptoms from occurring in later period. Methods 21 patients with thoracolmnbar fracture without spinal cord injury were treated with AF internal fixtors, substantia spongiosa was homo - grafted via pedicle in injury corpus. Results No secondary spinal cord injury oceured in 21 patients after opcration. Conclusions AF internal fixtors is the effective way to treat thoracolumbar fracture without spinal cord injury, substantia spongiosa can be homo - grafted via pedicle in injury corpus.
