小班授课在医学生沟通能力培养中的应用

Small-class-size teaching in communication skills cultivation of medical students

Communication is the basic ability of medical students. To improve the competence of communication skills and professionalism is important for all of the medical schools. Our communication course is organized in small-class-size. Every class is composed of 20 people,so students can have a lot of opportunities to exercise in mini lectures and workshops. They can contact with each other directly and face-to-face. So small-class teaching is an effective method for communication skills teaching in medical schools.
