摘    要:为了解医学生交流恐惧心理状况,探索以问题为基础学习教学方法对改善学生交流恐惧的作用,本研究以七年制医学生为对象,采用交流恐惧自陈量表对学生进行了问卷调查.结果显示,七年制医学生均有不同程度的交流恐惧,女生高于男生;采用以问题为基础学习教学方法班级的学生的交流恐惧程度,明显低于采用传统教学方法班级的学生.可见,以问题为基础学习教学方法可以减少医学生的交流恐惧心理.

The effect of problem-based learning on the communication apprehension of medical students
Abstract:To understand the communication apprehension of medical students and explore the role of problem-based learning (PBL) in ameliorating the apprehension, investigation and analysis were conducted with personal report of communication apprehension (PRCA) in the PBL class and the non-PBL class of the seven-year program medical students. The results indicated that students had different degrees of communication apprehension. The communication apprehension of the female students was higher than that of the male, and the students' communication apprehension was distinctively less in the PBL class than that in the non-PBL class. Therefore, the PBL may reduce the communication apprehension of medical students.
