摘    要:本文探讨了在妇产科学临床见习教学中,如何引导学生主动学习以加强学生临床思维能力的培养.中山大学附属第三医院妇产科学教研室在近年的见习教学中,采用以病例为线索、以问题为基础学习鼓励学生参与实践、鼓励学生提问等多种教学方法,加强对医学生临床思维能力的培养,使医学生在见习阶段不仅巩固了基本理论知识,更重要的是掌握了正确的临床思维方法.

Guiding students' active learning to strengthen clinical thinking training
Abstract:This paper is to explore how .to guide students' active learning and strengthen training students' , clinical thinking during clerkship in gynecological and obstetric department. Kinds of teaching methods were took during clerkship in the Third Affiliated Hospital of SUN Yat-sen University in recent years,including teaching by case, problem-based learning, encouraging practice and question and strengthening students' clinical thinking, which were welcomed and made students not only mastered the basic theory and knowledge systematically, but also mastered clinical thinking model scientifically, and good effects were made during clinical probation.
