自制野战“风衣式”脊柱脊髓损伤外固定担架及应用指标测定

摘    要:目的:自行设计制备野战风衣式高分子材料脊柱脊髓损伤外固定担架,测定应用指标,评价应用效果。方法:应用高分子形状记忆聚氨酯脲纳米复合材料,根据中国人体形制作野战风衣式脊柱脊髓损伤外固定担架,记录不同天气(下雨、寒冷)、不同环境(陆地、江河)下完成外固定操作的时间,测量其固化时间及强度。结果:一套完整野战风衣式高分子材料的外固定担架质量为(7.5±1.4)kg,完成单例外固定操作的时间为水中(2.1±0.55)min,干燥环境中(1.9±0.35)min;外固定担架固化时间为水中(7.7±1.45)min,干燥环境中(6.9±1.23)min;外固定担架能承受的最大质量为(80±5.7)kg。结论:自制野战风衣式高分子材料脊柱脊髓损伤外固定担架可以迅速便捷进行脊柱不同部位的外固定,固化后力学强度可达到制动要求,能适应不同野战条件的需求。
