胎儿肾脏囊性病变的产前超声筛查分析

目的探讨产前超声检查对胎儿肾脏囊性病变的诊断价值及临床意义。方法对在4110例孕妇的产前超声检查中发现的11例胎儿肾脏囊性病变的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果11例胎儿肾脏囊性病变中多囊性肾发育不良性肾病6例、婴儿型多囊性肾病1例、单一肾囊肿4例，检出时平均胎龄28．6周，5例因双肾病变或合并其他异常及时引产。结论超声检查能在产前及时对胎儿肾脏囊性病变作出正确诊断，能为临床及早干预提供重要依据；由于不同的肾脏囊性病变对胎儿的影响不同，在对胎儿预后进行评估时应综合分析全身筛查及染色体检查的结果。

Prenatal Ultrasound Assessment of Fetal Renal Cystic Diseases

Objective To explore the diagnostic value and the clinical significance of the prenatal ultrasonography for fetal renal cystic diseases Methods Clinical data of 11 cases with fetal renal cystic diseases found in 4 110 pregnant women by prenatal ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively Results There were 6 cases with multicystic dysplastic kidney,1 case with infantile polycystic kidney and 4 cases with simple renal cysts These fetuses were diagnosed at average 28 6 weeks of gestation 5 cases were induced abortion because of bilateral renal diseases or accompanied with other deformities Conclusions Prenatal ultrasonography can not only provide actual diagnosis for fetal renal cystic diseases,but also offer the important evidence for clinical interference reasonably Because different fetal renal cystic diseases have different influences on the fetal outcome and the results of the fetal whole body on ultrasonography and the karyotype should be also considered when the fetal outcome will be evaluated
