| 摘 要： | 采用Narula法测定40例正常人、10例病窦患者和4例可疑病窦患者的SACT并以两种方法进行计算,结果表明SACT_(N2)假阳性较少。35例正常人相同频率不同次数(12、8、6、4次)连续刺激的结果相同,给临床操作带来方便。

| Abstract: | Sinuo-atrial conduction time (SACT) was measured with Narula method and computed with 2 methods, in 40 normal persons, 10 sick-sinus patients and 4 suspected sick-sinus patients. The resutls show that the pseudopositive of SACT_(N2) is less than that of SACT_(N_1). Stimuli of the same frequency but different times on 35 normal persons result in the same value, and therefore make great convenience for clinical operation. |
