摘    要:建立酶联免疫吸附法检测雨生红球藻超临界提取物中微囊藻毒素含量方法,并进行了方法学验证,标准曲线为y=-2.5032x+2.504,R2=0.9994,检测范围0.1ng/mL~2ng/mL,平均加样回收率为93.3%,结果表明该方法准确可靠。运用该方法对10批20个样品进行了微囊藻毒素含量检测,均未检出囊藻毒素,表明采用超临界方法提取的雨生红球藻产品未受到微囊藻毒素污染,可以安全食用。

Abstract:We established ELISA for detecting microcystins in the extraction from Haematococcus pluvia l/s by Supercritical fluid. Method validation Results standard curve : y = - 2. 5032x + 2. 5043, "R2" value was O. 9994, microcystin - LR content wad in range of 0. 1 ng/mL - 2ng/ml, and the average of recovery rates of ELISA was 93.3%. Conclusion : ELISA is an internationally advanced method for determi - nation of mierocystin - LR with high sensitivity, less interference, simplicity, rapidity and safety. Microcystin - LR were not detected in 20 tap sample from 10 different batches by this method, so this extraction from Haematococcus pluvialis by Su' percritical fluid can eat safety without pollution.
