肺气虚证大鼠血液流变学变化与血栓素、6-酮-前列环素1α水平的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 研究肺气虚证大鼠的血液流变学变化与血栓素B2 (TXB2 )、6 酮 前列环素 1α(6 K PGF1α)变化的相关性。方法 将 6 0只大鼠随机分为模型组与对照组 ,复制肺气虚证模型 ,分别检测血液流变学指标和TXB2 、6 K PGF1α水平。结果 模型组与对照组比较 ,全血粘度 (高切、低切 )、血浆粘度、红细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数及纤维蛋白原均升高 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5 ) ;模型组TXB2 升高 ,6 K PGF1α降低 ,TXB2 / 6 K PGF1α(T/P)比值升高 ,与对照组相比 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。模型组全血粘度与TXB2 呈正相关 (r =0 992 ,P <0 0 1) ;与 6 K PGF1α呈负相关 (r =- 0 92 1,P <0 0 1)。结论 肺气虚证大鼠存在“血瘀”现象 ,且与血浆中的TXB2 、6 K PGF1α含量的变化存在着相关性。

Abstract:Objective To research the relationship between hemorrheology and the levels of thromboxane B 2(TXB 2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-K-PGF1α) in rats with Lung Qi deficiency syndrome.Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into model group and control group,hemorrheology indexes and the levels of TXB 2 and 6-K-PGF1α were determined.Results In model group,the whole blood viscidity,plasma viscidity,hematocrit,erythrocyte aggregation index and fibrinogen all increased in comparison with those of control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),while the levels of TXB 2 increased significantly,the levels of 6-K-PGF1α reduced,the ratio of TXB 2/6-K-PGF1α(T/P) increased.The whole blood viscidity was positively related to TXB 2 separately(r=0.992,P<0.01).The whole blood viscidity was negativity related to TXB 2/6-K-PGF1α(r=-0.921,P<0.01).Conclusion Lung Qi deficienty syndrome has the phenomena of blood stasis and was related to the changes of thromboxane B 2(TXB 2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-K-PGF1α).
