重度盆腔子宫内膜异位症术后应用米非司酮与内美通的临床观察

目的　探讨米非司酮及内美通用于重度盆腔子宫内膜异位症 (内异症 )术后辅助治疗的疗效及安全性。方法　回顾分析了 16 3例重度盆腔内异症患者术后随访资料 ,比较术后应用米非司酮、内美通及未用药组的复发率和副反应发生率。结果　米非司酮组、内美通组复发率分别为 13 1%、15 2 % ,低于未用药组 32 1% (P<0 0 5 ,P <0 0 5 )。米非司酮组副反应发生率 13 1% ,显著低于内美通组 4 5 7% (P <0 0 5 )。结论　米非司酮、内美通用于盆腔内异症的术后辅助治疗是有效的 ,米非司酮副反应较少

Clinical observation on the effects of mifepristone and gestrinone treatment for postoperative patients with severe pelvic endometriosis

Objective\ To investigate the effects and safety of mifepristone and gestrinone for treating postoperative patients with severe pelvic endometriosis. Methods\ 163 severe pelvic endometriosis cases were analyzed retrospectively. Of these cases, 61 were administered mifepristone ( mifepristone group ) , 46 were administered gestrinone ( gestrinone group ) and other 56 cases hadn't taken any hormone drugs ( control group ) .Recurrence rate , side effect rate were compared among these groups. Results\ The recurrence rate of mifepristone group and gestrinone group was 13 1% and 15 2%,respectively, which was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0 05 ,P<0 05) . The side effect rate of mifepristone group was 13 1% , which was significantly lower than that of gestrinone group(45 7%)(P<0 05).Conclusion\ The treatment of mifepristone and gestrinone on postoperative patients with pelvic endometriosis is effective. Mifepristone has less side effects than that of gestrinone.
