| 摘 要： | 目的分析经皮空心螺钉固定治疗距骨颈骨折的效果及对功能恢复的影响。方法根据Hawkin分型，对18例距骨颈骨折患者采用闭合复位或有限切开复位经皮空心螺钉固定手术治疗。结果18例均获随访，随访时间9～t5个月。骨折愈合情况分别为：Ⅰ、Ⅱ型共11例均愈合，Ⅲ型愈合3例，Ⅳ型愈合1例。结论闭合复位或有限切开复位经皮空心螺钉固定手术治疗距骨颈骨折，疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application of percutem hollow screw in the treatment of talar neck fracture and its effect on function recovery. Methods Eighteen cases with talar neck fractures were classified by Hawkin system and treated with percutem hollow screw by closed reduction or limited open reduction. Results 18 cases were followed up for 9-18 months. With roentgenograph, 11 of type ⅠandⅡ, 3 of 5 Ⅲ, and 1 of 2 Ⅳ got union. Conclusion The treatment of talar fracture with percutem hollow screw by closed reduction or limited open reduction, is beneficial for ankle function recovery. |
