| 摘 要： | 目的了解麻醉镇痛药的临床应用情况及用药趋势。方法对我院2003～2004年麻醉镇痛药的应用数据进行统计分析。结果用于癌症止痛的麻醉镇痛药用药频度居前二位的是哌替啶注射液和芬太尼注射液;哌替啶注射液的用量居高不下,吗啡制剂用量明显不足。结论癌症止痛治疗中存在不合理用药现象

| Abstract: | Objective To study the situation and developing trend of the use of narcotics. Method The date of narcotics used in our hospital in2003-2004 were used for statistical analysis. Result The use of pethidine injection and fentanyl injection for the pain control of cancer occupiedthe first and second place in frequency, the amount of use of pethidine injection was constantly high , but the amount of use of morphines weresignificantly low. Conclusion Irrational drug use for the pain control of cancer still existed. |
