暴发性肝衰竭大鼠肠系膜微循环变化与血浆内毒素水平的关系

摘    要:采用硫代乙酰胺复制暴发性肝衰竭大鼠模型,观察暴发性肝衰竭时大鼠肠系膜微循环变化,同时测定了血浆内毒素水平。结果表明:暴发性肝衰竭时大鼠肠系膜微循环灌流量明显减少,血浆内毒素水平升高,两者间存在正相关关系。提示暴发性肝衰竭时多脏器功能衰竭与肠原性内毒素血症导致的微循环灌流量减少有关

Abstract:The change of mesenteric microcirculation blood flow and the plasma endotoxinlevel were studied in vivo using rat fulminant hepatic failure(FHF)model induced by thioacetamide.The results showed that the mesenteric microcirculation blood flow of FHF groups was more lower than that of control and the plasma endotoxin level was higher than that of control.There was a correlation between the blood flow and the plasma endotoxin level.It is suggested that the multiorgan failure in FHF is related with the decrease of blood flow induced by endotoxemia.
