| 摘 要： | 目的动态观察出血性脑卒中血肿灶IL-1、IL-6、IL-8的变化及意义.方法以1999年1月至2002年10月在我科行微创颅内血肿清除术的80例中、重度(出血量＞30ml)高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,连续监测血肿冲洗液中IL-1、IL-6、IL-8的动态变化.结果高血压脑出血发病6～12 h血肿冲洗液中即已检测出IL-1、IL-6、IL-8,在出血急性期呈现不同变化趋势.结论高血压脑出血后IL-1、IL-6、IL-8等炎性细胞因子参与了其后的病理过程,其水平的变化与疾病的转归有关.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of inflammatory cytokines IL 1, IL 6, and IL 8 in hematoma after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and the clinical significance. Methods Data of hematoma fluid from 80 patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (blood loss >30 ml) undergoing minimally invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma from January 1999 to October 2002 in our department were analyzed retrospectively. The changes of IL 1, IL 6, and IL 8 in hematoma fluid were observed continuously. The content of IL 1 was determined by radioimmunassay and IL 6, IL 8 by ELISA methed. Results IL 1, IL 6, and IL 8 were observed at 6 12 h after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and showed different changes in acute stage. Conclusion Inflammatory cytokines are involved in the pathological process of cerebral hemorrhage. |
