糖基化终末产物受体基因多态性与糖尿病肾病关系的研究

目的：探讨糖基化终末产物受体(RAGE)基因多态性与中国汉族人2型糖尿病肾脏并发症之间的关系。方法：应用Alu I限制性内切酶的PCR—RFLP法，检测158例健康人和127例2型糖尿病伴或不伴肾病患者的RAGE多态性基因型。结果：微量白蛋白尿组和大量白蛋白尿组与正常白蛋白尿组比较，RAGE正基因Gly82Ser多态性等位基因和基因型频率均未见明显差异，糖尿病和健康对照组、正常白蛋白尿组和异常白蛋白尿组之间比较亦未见明显差异，健康中国人和白种人之间RAGE基因Glv82Ser等位基因和基因型频率无明显差异。结论：中国汉族人RAGE基因Gly82Ser多态性与2型糖尿病肾脏并发症的发生无显著相关关系。

A Study for RAGE Gene Polymorphism in Chinese Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: To evaluate the association of diabetic nephropathy with the polymorphism of the receptor for advanced glycation end products (RAGE) gene in chinese. Methods: A case control study was performed on 285 Chinese subjects including 127 type 2 diabetics with or without nephropathy and 158 non-diabetic control. Genotype frequencies of RAGE gene polymorphism were studied by PCR-RFLP analysis with Alu I digestion. Results: No significant differences were found in alleles and genotype frequencies of RAGE gene Gly82Ser polymorphism between normal and abnormal albuminuria in diabetic patients. Moreover, there was no association between diabetic patients and non-diabetic control in allele frequencies and genotype frequencies as well. Conclusion: Our study showed the lack of association between RAGE gene Gly82Ser polymorphism and diabetic nephropathy in Chinese type 2 diabetics.
