| 摘 要： | 目的:了解甘肃省贫困地区农村育龄妇女的卫生现状,为制定妇女卫生干预措施提供依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,对育龄妇女进行入户调查。结果:育龄妇女慢性病患病率53.83%;两周患病率40.37%;育龄妇女妇科病患病率58.90%;产前保健建卡率33.32%,平均每例孕妇接受产前检查2.19次,产后保健率37.49%。结论:目前我省贫困地区农村育龄妇女的两周患病率和妇科病患病率较高,孕期保健的各指标都低于全国水平。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:Finding out present health condition of reproductive women in the poor region,providing the numeral basis for women's hygiene of Gansu province.Methods:Adopt the method of stratified cluster sampling,women were investigated through questionnaire in family.Results:Prevalence rate of the chronic disease was 53.86%.Prevalence rate of two weeks was 40.28%.Prevalence rate of gynecology disease was 58.90%.The rate of building card of prenatal health care was 33.32%.The times of prenatal examination for each pregnant woman were average 2.19 times in prenatal period.Postnatal health care rate was 37.49%.Conclusion:Currently,prevalence rates of gynecology disease and two weeks in poor region are higher,but each indicator of care of pregnant woman is lower than national level. |
