| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿游泳操加抚触对新生儿行为神经发育的影响。方法将118例新生儿随机分为观察组(游泳与游泳操加抚触)和对照组。通过新生儿行为神经评分(NBNA),比较两组之间的差异。结果新生儿生后第28天的比较中,NBNA总分及行为能力和主动能力2个项目群得分观察组高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论新生儿游泳与游泳操加抚触可捉进新生儿行为神经发育,是一项值得推广应用的保健项目。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of swim and touch on neonatal behavior neural development.Methods:118 neonates were divided into two observe group (swim, swim exercise and touch) and control group at random to compare the difference by neonate's behavior nerve assessment.Results:NBNA total points and behavior ability in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Neonate swim and touch can promote behavior neural development, it is a health care project that is worth popularizing and applying. |
