| 摘 要： | 目的研究进展期贲门癌双介入治疗的疗效。方法采用Seldinger法,经皮穿刺股动脉插管,常规选择胃左动脉,进行胃动脉灌注化疗（奥沙利铂＋5-FU方案）。同时植入食管支架。结果经治疗患者临床症状均明显改善,吞咽困难、恶心、呕吐缓解或消失,体重增加,大便潜血阳性病人全部转阴。CR2例,PR14例,SD5例,PD5例,总有效率80.8%。结论进展期贲门癌的双介入治疗是一项疗效好、安全可靠的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To research efficacy of double interventional therapy to treat advanced cardiac cancer.Methods Seldinger method was used to puncture femoral artery intubation.Left gastric artery was regularly chosen to make artery perfusion chemotherapy（Oxaliplatin＋5-FU）.Result Patients got obviously improvement of clinical symptom after treatment,dysphagia and nausea vomiting remission or disappeared,gain weight,stools ob positive all to negative.CR achieived in 2 cases,PR in 14 cases,SD in 5 cases,PD in 5 cases,the total efficient rate was 80.8%.Conclusion It is a good curative effect,safe and rediable therapy method of double interventional therapy to treat advanced cardiac cancer. |
