介入疗法治疗胆道梗阻性黄疸39例

目的回顾性分析介入疗法治疗胆道梗阻性黄疸的效果。方法 39例恶性肿瘤所致的胆道梗阻性黄疸,经介入疗法在胆道内置入内或内外引流管,对引流胆汁的姑息性治疗的效果进行分析。结果经皮肝穿刺胆道术一次成功率89.7%,并发症率17.9%.达到了减轻黄疸,改善肝功能和相关症状的目的。结论介入疗法治疗胆道梗阻性黄疸,作为治疗恶性肿瘤的综合疗法之一,有助减轻患者痛苦。

Interventional therapy for biliary obstructive jaundice of 39 cases

Aim To retrospectively study the effect of interventional therapy in 39 cases with biliary obstructive jaundice.Method Percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage in thirty nine patients with malignant biliary obstructive jaundice via the inner or inner-outer draining catheter was performed,and the outcome of this palliative therapy was evaluated.Results The percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage was done,with the successful rate of 89.7% in one time,and the complication rate was 17.9%.The jaundice in all patients was reduced and the related symptoms and liver functions were improved.Conclusion Interventional therapy for biliary obstructive jaundice may be helpful in treating carcinoma with combined treatment.
