| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肝硬化患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和血浆内皮素(ET)水平的变化。方法:采用放免法检测40例肝硬化和15例正常人血浆CGRP和ET水平。结果:肝硬化组血浆CGRP数值明显高于正常组(P<0.01),肝硬化组血浆ET数值明显低于正常组(P<0.01)。结论:肝硬化时,CGRP水平升高,ET水平下降,提示二者可能是肝硬化门脉高压血液动力学紊乱的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective: Our aim was to investigate the levels of plasma calcitonin gene-related peptide ( CGRP) and endothelin( ET) in liver cirrhosis. Methods :The levels of CGRP and ET were measured in plasma samples of 40 patients with liver cirrhosis and 15 healthy controls by using radioimmunoassay. Results:The level of CGRP in liver cirrhosis group was obviously higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 01). The levels of ET in liver cirrhosis group was obviously lower than that in the control group ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion: The increased level of plasma CGRP and decreased level of plasma ET are probably associated with the hemodynamics derangement in liver cirrhosis. |
