摘    要:在眼屈光性手术如LASIK和PRK中,对角膜修正量做定量的数学描述是重点和难点问题。本研究首先针对不同的眼屈光情况,分别提出了角膜前表面数学模型的建立方法,用三维曲面方程定量地描述了角膜前表面。在此基础上,对于单纯近视和复性近视散光情况提出了一种角膜修正量模型;对于单纯远视和复性远视散光提出了另一种修正量模型。本研究的模型在临床应用中取得了很好的手术效果。74例使用文中角膜修正量模型的LASIK手术(包括73只近视眼,1只远视眼)表明,本研究的角膜修正量模型具有很高的精确性和安全性。

Abstract:In the ablation refractive surgeries such as laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) and photorefractive keratectomy (PRK), it is very important and difficult to construct mathematical models for corneal ablation. Two similar methods to reconstruct the corneal surface for eyes with different refractive errors were presented. A 3D surface approximating corneal topography was given. then two mathematical models for corneal ablation were put forward, one was for spherical myopia and compound myopic astigmatism, the other was for spherical hyperopia and compound hyperopic astigmatism. Seventy four eyes underwent LASIK using the ablation models. These include 73 eyes with spherical hyperopia or compound myopic astigmatism and 1 with compound hyperopic astigmatism. The refractive states before LASIK, one day and one month after LASIK have been compared. It shows that the corneal ablation models have high precision and safety.
