针尖斜面向下皮内注射法在青霉素皮试中的应用

目的探讨采用两种皮内进针角度进行青霉素皮试对病人产生的痛感、一次注射成功率及阳性反应的影响。方法随机将300例住院病人分为常规组和观察组,常规组150例采用传统的皮内注射方法进行青霉素皮试,观察组150例采用针尖斜面向下皮内注射法皮试,观察两组病人的疼痛反应、一次注射成功率及阳性反应。结果两组病人疼痛反应及一次注射成功率比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用针尖斜面向下皮试法明显优于常规皮试法,其疼痛反应轻且一次注射成功率高。

Application of pinpoint inclined plane downward subcutaneous injection in penicillin skin test

Objective To investigate the impact of two methods of subcutaneous injections on sense of pain, rate of success in one time and positive reaction of patients with penicillin skin test. Methods Three hundred patients were randomly divided into the routine group and the study group. Traditional subcutaneous injections were applied to penicillin skin test for patients in the routine group. Pinpoint inclined plane downward subcutaneous injections were applied to penicillin skin test for patients in the study group. The reaction of pain, one-time success rate of injection and positive reaction were compared. Result There were significant differences of reaction of pain and one-time success rate of injection between these two groups. Conclusion Application of pinpoint inclined plane downward subcutaneous injection is superior to the routine injection method in terms of reactions of pain and one-time success rate of injection.
