| 摘 要： | 应用内固定技术治疗胸腰椎骨折，目前已被国内外广泛采用，并经过不断的改进，取得了良好的疗效，笔者就目前开展的内固定器械及技术，内固定方法的生物力学，临床应用效果及内固定术的失误，并发症作一简要综述。
