| 胃克星对大鼠肠系膜微循环的影响 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药复方制剂胃克星对大鼠肠系膜微循环的影响。方法：在微循环显微系统下观察用药前、后微动脉直径、毛细血管开放数和血流速度，每隔5min观测1次上述指标的变化。结果：空白对照组在滴加去甲肾上腺素后，微动脉口径立刻变小，几乎收缩成线状；随着时间的延长，微动脉口径逐渐扩大，恢复正常；胃克星大剂量组在给于去甲肾上腺素后，微动脉口径虽然也变小，但在给药15min内收缩的程度比起空白对照组要小得多。胃克星中、大剂量可延缓去甲肾上腺素所引起的毛细血管关闭，在给药5min时可见中、大剂量组毛细血管开放率高于空白对照组。胃克星中、大剂量组血流速度在正常时明显高于空白对照组。结论：胃克星对正常大鼠由去甲肾上腺素所致的肠系膜微循环障碍具有明显的改善作用。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose: To study the effects of weikexing on the mierocirculation of mesenfry inrats Metods:By using microscope to observe the changes of mesentry-microcirculation (arterial diameter, blood velocity, density of capillary)with or without treatment weikexing in rats. Results: Weikexing (1.5 mg/kg and 3 mg/kg)could significantly changes the arterial constriction and the slowering of blood velocity and density of capillary throut infusion of noradrnaline in mesentry. Conclusion: Weikexing had the improved effect on mesentry microcirculation,which might be availability to peptic ulcer. |
