调脂片治疗高血脂症临床观察150例

目的:观察调脂片治疗高血脂症的临床疗效。方法:300例原发性高脂血症患者随机分为两组,采用不同方法治疗。结果:观察组的降血脂的总有效率为91.33%略高于对照组90.67%,但两者间的差异不具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗中,对照组有5例患者出现轻度的胃痛、恶心等症状,观察组只有2例出现轻度腹泻,但均不影响治疗;治疗后,所有患者检查血、尿常规。肝、肾功能,对照组有3例患者出现GPT升高肝损伤,观察组治疗前后均无变化。结论:调脂片疗效与辛伐他汀相当,但安全性更高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating 150 cases of hyperlipidemia with lipid-lowering tablets

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating hyperlipidemia with lipid-lowering tablets.Methods:300 patients with primary hyperlipidemia patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.Results:The observation group hypolipidemic total effective rate of 91.33%,is slightly higher than 90.67% of the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5 patients had mild stomach pain,nausea and other symptoms of treatment in the control group,the observation group,only 2 cases of mild diarrhea,but did not affect the treatment;after treatment,all patients were checked blood and urine.3 cases of the control group were occurred GPT rise injured liver and kidney,but patients in the control group did not change before and after treatment in the observation group.Conclusion:The efficacy of lipid-lowering tablets were consistent with simvastatin,but more security,worthy of clinical application.
