右旋美托咪啶对大鼠脑外伤后炎症反应的干预作用

摘    要:目的探讨中枢性α2肾上腺素受体激动剂-右旋美托咪啶(dexmedetomidine,DEX)对大鼠创伤性脑外伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)后神经保护作用及其机制。方法60只雄性SD大鼠随机均分为正常对照组(C组)、假手术组(SHAM组)、脑外伤组(TBI组)、右旋美托咪啶治疗组(DEX组)。采用自由落体硬膜外撞击法建立局灶重度脑创伤模型,用ELISA法检测各组脑组织在伤后6、24、72h神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neurone specificenolase,NSE)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-alpha,TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)的含量。结果在伤后6、24、72h,DEX组脑组织NSE较TBI组明显减少(P0.05),血清炎症因子TNF-α明显降低(P0.05),在伤后6、72h,DEX组血清IL-6较TBI组明显降低(P0.05)。结论右旋美托咪啶对大鼠脑外伤后早期有神经保护作用,其作用机制可能与减轻炎症反应有关。
