| 摘 要： | 报告近16年手术治疗外伤性肠破裂100例,治愈率96％,死亡率4％。总结其诊治体会。诊断中应注意:①详细询问病史;②全面仔细查体;尤其对一时不能明确诊断者,应反复检查比较,掌握动态变化的情况;③反复多部位的腹腔穿刺;④腹部X光线检查;⑤及时认真地剖腹探查。治疗中应注意:①有手术指征者尽早手术;②术中探查应动作迅速、目的明确,彻底不漏和有条不紊;③术式以简单有效为原则,每段肠段损伤应视伤情选用合适术式;④反复冲洗,有效的腹腔引流和合理的预防性应用抗生素。

| Abstract: | 100 cases with traumatic rupture of intestine are reported in recent 16 years,cure rate 96%, death rate 4%. The experience was summarized as follows. 1. Asking case history in details. 2. Careful and general physical-check up,especially for those who can not be diagnosed clearly. 3. Abdominal cavity puncture repeatedly. 4. Abdominal survey with x-ray in time. 5. Exploration laparotomy and preventive using of antibiotics as well. |
