阿托伐他汀对糖尿病肾病患者血脂及肾血流参数的影响

目的:观察阿托伐他汀对糖尿病肾病患者血脂及肾血流参数的影响。方法:将68例糖尿病肾病患者按照随机分配的原则分为常规治疗组(对照组)和常规治疗加阿托伐他汀组(观察组)各34例,将2组患者治疗前与治疗后4周、8周及12周的血脂及肾血流参数进行统计及比较。结果:治疗后4周、8周及12周观察组的血脂水平均明显好于对照组(PP结论:阿托伐他汀对糖尿病肾病患者血脂及肾血流参数具有显著影响,有助于糖尿病患者疾病状态的改善。

Effect of atorvastatin on the blood lipid and renal blood flow parameters in patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective:To investigate the effects of atorvastatin on the blood lipid level and renal blood flow parameters in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods:Sixty-eight patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group(34 cases,control group) and conventional treatment combined with atorvastatin group(34 cases,observation group) according to the random allocation. The blood lipid level and renal blood flow parameters in two groups were analyzed before treatment and after 4, 8 and 12 weeks of treatment. Results:The blood lipid levels in observation group after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment were significantly better than those in control group(P<0. 01). The blood flow velocity at peak systolic of renal artery and end diastolic in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,but its resistance index was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0. 01). Conclusions:The atorvastatin has significantly effects on the blood lipid and renal blood flow parameters in patients with diabetic nephropathy,which is conducive to the improvement of diabetic nephropathy state.
