奥沙利铂甘露醇联合雷替曲塞在老年晚期胃癌中的疗效观察

目的:探讨奥沙利铂甘露醇联合雷替曲塞治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将42例晚期老年(>60岁)胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各21例,观察组采用奥沙利铂甘露醇130 mg/m2联合雷替曲塞3 mg/m2 静脉滴注,第1天;对照组采用顺铂100 mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天,联合卡培他滨1 000 mg/m2口服2次/日(第1～14天),21 d为1个疗程。2个疗程后比较2组患者临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率为52.4%,对照组为42.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组Ⅰ～Ⅱ级不良反应发生率为61.9%,Ⅲ～Ⅳ级发生率为38.1%,对照组分别为28.6%和71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥沙利铂甘露醇联合雷替曲塞治疗老年晚期胃癌不良反应较轻,更易耐受。

Effect of oxaliplatin and mannitol injection combined with raltitrexed in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer in elderly

Objective:To observe the effects and safety of oxaliplatin and mannitol injection combined with raltitrexed in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods:Forty-two elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group(21 cases each group). The treatment group were treated with 130 mg/m2 of oxaliplatin and mannitol injection combined with 3 mg/m2 of raltitrexed by intravenous drip, the control group were treated with 100 mg/m2 of cisplatin injection by intravenous drip combined with 1 000 mg/m2 of capacitabin by oral,twice a day. The clinical effects and adverse reactions between 2 groups after two courses(21 days each course) were compared. Results:The total effect rates in treatment group and control group were 52. 4% and 42. 9%,respectively,the difference of which was not statistically significant(P>0. 05). The incidences of grade Ⅰ-Ⅱand Ⅲ-Ⅳ adverse reactions in treatment group and control group were 61. 9% &38. 1% and 28. 6% & 71. 4%,respectively,the differences of whose were statistically significant(P <0. 05). Conclusions:The treatment of advanced gastric cancer in elderly with oxaliplatin and mannitol injection combined with raltitrexed is less adverse reactions,and easy to tolerate.
