TOT治疗女性压力性尿失禁32例疗效分析

目的:探讨由外向内经闭孔无张力性尿道中段悬吊术(TOT)治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的安全性和有效性。方法:对32例SUI患者行TOT治疗,并于术后6个月和24个月随访,分析手术效果和术后随访情况。结果:32例患者手术时间28~46 min,术中出血量22~56 ml,术后住院时间4~7 d,手术成功率96.9%,无严重并发症发生,术后随访6个月及24个月时的治疗效果、生活质量调查评分、残余尿及最大尿流率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:TOT治疗女性SUI安全、有效,长期疗效可靠。

Effect of TOT in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence in 32 cases

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tension free obturator tape technique( TOT) in the treatment female stress urinary incontinence(SUI). Methods:Thirty-two patients with SUI were treated with TOT. The effect of surgery were follow-up at postoperative 6 and 24 months. Results:The operative time,blood loss,postoperative hospital stay and surgical success rate in 32 cases were 28-46 min,22-56 ml,was 4-7 d and 96. 9%,respectively. No serious complication was found. The differences of the surgery efficacy,score of quality of life, residual urine and maximum urinary flow rate between all cases were not statistically different at postoperative 6 and 24 months(P>0. 05). Conclusions:The treatment of female SUI with TOT is safe,effective,and good long term effect.
