摘    要:目的比较烤瓷常用粘接材料聚羧酸锌、玻璃离子、树脂粘接剂的边缘微渗漏,并进行了分析和评价。方法在30颗健康后牙的釉质和牙本质边缘制备Ⅴ类洞,随机分为3组,每组10颗牙。1组用聚羧酸锌充填,2组使用玻璃离子充填,3组使用3M树脂充填。冷热循环200次,再放入2%碱性品红溶液中24h。颊舌向纵行剖开牙齿,评价微渗漏情况。结果1组与2组无明显差别,3组与1、2组差别明显。结论3M树脂边缘微渗漏最小,玻璃离子、聚羧酸锌稍大。

Abstract:Objective To compare the marginal microleakage of three general dental bonding materials and analyse and evaluate it.MethodsThe 30 extracted health premolar were divided in to 3 groups(10 in each).The tecth were cleaned and standard cavity of class Ⅴ were prepared and filled with Einc polycarboxylate cement(group 1),glassionomer cement(group 2),3M composite resin(group 3),and were thermal cycled for 200 times at the same time,then oere dipped in alkalescent fuchsine solution for 24 hour.Cut open the teeth from portrait and evaluate the marginal microleakage.ResultsThere were non-significant difference between group 1 and group 2,and significant difference between group 3 and group 1,grouq 2.Conclusion3M Composite resin has less marginal microleakage while inc polycarboxylate cement and glassionomer cement have large ones.
