基于组合评价法的公立医院大型医用设备购置评价分析

目的:基于层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法的组合评价法,量化公立医院大型医用设备购置评价内容和方式。方法:通过分析公立医院购置大型医用设备现状,选择数字减影血管造影(DSA)设备购置前评价论证为实例,采取主观法中的AHP和客观法中的模糊综合评价法组成组合评价法,运用组合评价法建立数学模型,组建论证小组,确定因素集、评价集、判断矩阵和评价矩阵4要素,并进行量化打分,计算出是否需购置DSA设备。结果:通过确定判断矩阵、计算特征向量和评价一致性等数学计算,设备前期论证的结果属于很好的隶属度最大(0.4689224),根据隶属度最大原则,确定应当购置DSA设备。结论:基于组合评价法的大型医用设备购置评价模型,可为医院决策提供客观、可靠和符合实际的设备购置需求结论。

Evaluation and analysis of large medical equipment purchase of public hospitals on the basis of combination evaluation method

Objective:To quantify the evaluation content and mode of large medical equipment purchase of public hospital on the basis of combination evaluation method which basis was"Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method"and"Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)".Methods:By analyzing the current situation of purchasing large-scale medical equipment in public hospitals,and taking the evaluation demonstration of digital subtraction angiography pre purchase as an example,and adopting"AHP"in subjective method and"Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method"in objective method to compose a combined evaluation method.And by using the combined evaluation method to establish a mathematical model.And then,through establishing demonstration group to determine four elements included factor set,evaluation set,judgment matrix and evaluation matrix,and to make quantitative scoring so as to calculate whether the equipment need be purchased.Results:Through the mathematical calculation such as determining judgment matrix,calculating eigenvector and evaluating consistency,the membership degree of the result of preliminary demonstration of the equipment belonged to the excellence(0.4689224)was the largest.According to the principle that the membership degree was important,it was determined that the digital subtraction angiography machine should be purchased.Conclusion:The evaluation model of large-scale medical equipment purchase on the basis of combination evaluation method can provide the objective,reliable and realistic results about the requirement of equipment purchase for the decision-making of hospital.
