后腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的效果评价

目的探讨后腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的效果。方法选取本院2015年3月-2019年3月收治的82例肾肿瘤患者,采用双色球法将其分为两组各41例,对照组行开放肾部分切除术治疗,观察组行后腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗,比较两组的手术治疗情况和并发症发生率。结果两组的手术时间对比无显著差异(P> 0.05);观察组患者术后住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,患肾热缺血时间长于对照组(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率(4.88%)低于对照组(19.51%)(P <0.05)。结论后腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤具有出血量少、恢复快、并发症风险低的优势。

Evaluation of the Effect of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy for Renal Tumors

Objective To investigate the effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for renal tumors. Methods From March 2015 to March 2019, eighty-two patients with renal tumor admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups with 41 patients in each group. The control group underwent open partial nephrectomy. The observation group underwent laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. Surgical treatment and complication rates in both groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P > 0.05). The postoperative hospital stay was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group. The intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, and the renal warm ischemia time was longer than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group(4.88%) was lower than that in the control group(19.51%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for renal tumors has the advantages of less bleeding, quick recovery and low risk of complications.
