目的:探究牙周内窥镜设备应用的规范、操作流程与保养维护,以降低仪器损坏风险,延长设备使用寿命。方法:剖析牙周内窥镜组成及其基本操作,建立内窥镜操作流程、临床使用反馈机制和临床使用管理制度;针对牙周内窥镜诊疗中的安全操作技术和监管隐患等问题,从使用、使用注意事项到使用后保存全程规范牙周内窥镜使用管理;从使用人员对内窥镜的维护意识、维护人员专业化水平和建立完善的维护管理数据记录入手,加强牙周内窥镜维护管理,指导内窥镜的应用和维护保养。结果:牙周内窥镜每次使用均严格按操作规定实施,加强日常监管。牙周内窥镜的规范化使用与管理,解决了牙周内窥镜诊疗中的安全操作技术和监管隐患等问题。结论:规范牙周内窥镜规范操作与维护管理提升了科室维护意识、提高了维护人员专业化水平。建立规范操作流程、定期进行维护保养和维修是加强牙周内窥镜的规范化使用与保养维护的重要环节,可减少器械故障发生概率,有助于延长器械使用寿命,充分发挥牙周内窥镜在牙周诊疗过程中的最佳性能。

Standard application and maintenance of periodontal endoscope

Objective:To explore the standard application and maintenance of periodontal endoscope so as to reduce the risk of instrument damage and prolong the service life of equipment.Methods:By analyzing the composition and basic operations of periodontal endoscope to establish operation procedures of endoscope,feedback mechanisms of clinical application and management system of clinical application.For series of problems included safe operation technique and hidden danger of supervision in diagnosis and treatment with periodontal endoscope,the application of periodontal endoscope was standardized from three aspects included use management,announcements in application and preserve post application.From the departmental consciousness,the professional level of maintenance personnel and the established perfect data record about maintenance management to strengthen maintenance management of periodontal endoscope and guide application and maintenance of endoscope.Results:The use of periodontal endoscopes should be strictly implemented as operating regulations in each time so as to strengthen daily supervision.The normalized use and management of periodontal endoscopes have solved the series of problems included safe operation technique and hidden dangers of supervision in the diagnosis and treatment with periodontal endoscopes.Conclusion:Standardized use and maintenance of periodontal endoscopes should enhance the maintenance consciousness of department,and increase the professional level of maintenance personnel,and termly implement maintenance and repair,and standardize use,maintenance and periodic clean of periodontal endoscopes.
