后路钉棒系统内固定治疗脊柱结核的护理分析

目的探讨后路钉棒系统内固定治疗脊椎结核的护理分析。方法选择2011年1月-2015年11月我院脊柱结核患者并行后路钉棒系统内固定治疗的患者166例作为样本资料,应用随机分配原则,将患者分成两组,即对照组(n=83),观察组(n=83),对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上对护理期间常见问题采用全方位优质护理。1个月后对患者的效果进行评估,比较护理前后两组患者的的脊柱后凸畸形角度和两组患者病理性脱位、混合感染、血管损伤、胸膜破裂的发生情况。结果两组患者护理前后差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),观察组患者护理后护理前后脊柱后凸畸形角度明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。经1个月的医护人员全方位护理后,观察组患者病理性脱位、混合感染、血管损伤、胸膜破裂的发生率均低于对照组(P <00.05)。结论将全方位优质护理运用到后路钉棒系统内固定治疗记住结核的护理中,可以提高患者的生活质量,降低并发症的发生率,值得推广应用。

Nursing Analysis of Posterior Screw-rod System Internal Fixation for Spinal Tuberculosis

Objective To explore the nursing analysis of posterior screwrod system internal fixation for spinal tuberculosis.Methods 166 patients with spinal tuberculosis treated by posterior screw-rod system from January 2011 to November 2015 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=83)and observation group(n=83).The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received comprehensive and high-quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing.One month later,the effect of the patients was evaluated.The deformity angle of kyphosis and the incidence of pathological dislocation,mixed infection,vascular injury and pleural rupture were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after nursing(P>0.05).The angle of kyphosis deformity before and after nursing in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After one month's comprehensive nursing,the incidence of pathological dislocation,mixed infection,vascular injury and pleural rupture in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of omni-directional high-quality nursing in the nursing of spinal tuberculosis patients treated with posterior screw-rod system internal fixation can improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of popularization and application.
