腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊炎的临床效果

目的研究分析对胆囊炎实施腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的临床效果。方法抽取我院胆囊炎患者60例展开研究,时间跨度为2018年4月-2019年4月,将60例患者按照手术措施不同分为对照组(开腹胆囊手术)和观察组(腹腔镜胆囊切除手术);对比分析患者临床指标、并发症以及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间等各指标较对照组低,P <0.05。治疗后观察组肠粘连等并发症发生率为3.4%,较对照组22.5%低,P <0.05。观察组生活质量评分较对照组高,P <0.05。结论对胆囊炎实施腹腔镜胆囊切除手术疗效较佳。

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Cholecystitis

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for cholecystitis. Methods A total of 60 patients with cholecystitis in our hospital were enrolled. The time span was from April 2018 to April 2019. 60 patients were divided into control(open cholecystectomy) and observation group(laparoscopic gallbladder) according to different surgical measures. Comparative analysis of clinical indicators, complications and quality of life improvement were compared and analyzed. Results The indexes of operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, P < 0.05. After treatment, the incidence of complications such as intestinal ad hesion was 3. 4 % in the observation group and 22.5% in the control group, P < 0.05. The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for cholecystitis is better.
