冠修复与根管同步治疗隐裂牙牙髓病效果分析

目的分析冠修复与根管治疗同步治疗隐裂牙牙髓病的临床效果。方法将我院2017年10月-2018年9月收治的94例隐裂牙牙髓病患者随机分为对照组与观察组各47例,对照组患者先行根管治疗,再于首次治疗7 d后开展冠修复,观察组患者给予冠修复与根管治疗同步治疗,分别对两组患者治疗7 d后的疼痛症状、恢复率、病牙保护率、临床疗效及不良反应进行观察,并比较两组患者治疗12个月后的牙齿评估指标。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组(95.7%vs. 76.6%),其VAS评分低于对照组[(2.1±0.4)分vs.(3.9±0.9)分],恢复率高于对照组(97.9%vs. 74.5%),病牙保护率高于对照组(95.7%vs. 76.6%),均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。但两组患者的不良反应发生率、牙龈指数、咬合力、松动度、出血指数及咀嚼效率比较无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论冠修复与根管治疗同步治疗隐裂牙牙髓病的近期效果显著较好,并且在远期也可取得理想效果。

Analysis of the Effect of Crown Restoration and Root Canal Simultaneous Treatment on Pulp Disease of Cracked Teeth

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of crown restoration and root canal treatment in the simultaneous treatment of pulp disease of cracked teeth. Methods 94 patients with cracked teeth and pulp disease in our hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 47 cases in each group. In the control group, the patients were treated with root canal first, and then crown restoration was carried out 7 days after the first treatment. In the observation group, the patients were treated with crown restoration and root canal treatment simultaneously. The pain symptoms, recovery rate, disease tooth protection rate, clinical effect and adverse reactions of the two groups after 7 days of treatment were observed respectively. The evaluation indexes of teeth in the two groups were compared after 12 months of treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(95.7% vs. 76.6%), the VAS score was lower than that in the control group [(2.1 ± 0.4) vs.(3.9 ± 0.9)], the recovery rate was higher than that in the control group(97.9% vs. 74.5%), the tooth protection rate was higher than that in the control group(95.7% vs. 76.6%) were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). But there was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions, gingival index, bite force, mobility, bleeding index and chewing efficiency between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion The short-term effect of crown restoration and root canal treatment is better than that of root canal treatment, and the long-term effect can also be achieved.
