人文关怀护理在恶性血液病中的应用效果

目的探讨人文关怀护理在恶性血液病中的应用效果。方法收集本院2018年1月-12月血液风湿科的恶性血液病伴焦虑抑郁患者,共计86例,采用随机分组法,分为两组,每组43例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在护理过程中予以人文护理,比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑抑郁程度,两组患者的护理依从率及满意率。结果观察组的SAS、SDS评分和对照组相比,观察组指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护理依从率及护理满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论恶性血液病患者采用人文关怀护理,可以减轻焦虑抑郁的程度,有效调节患者的心理状态,这样可以保持患者心理状态的平衡,从而提高患者的生活质量和舒适度,并提高护理依从率及护理满意率,使患者获得更多临床受益。

Application Effect of Humanistic Care in Malignant Hematological Diseases

Objective To discuss the effect of humanistic care in malignant hematological diseases. Methods A total of 86 cases with hematological malignancies accompanied by anxiety and depression in the hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, each of 43 cases.The control group was received routine nursing, while the observation group was received humanistic nursing during the nursing process.The degree of anxiety and depression before and after nursing were compared between the two groups, and the nursing compliance rate and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The compliance rate and satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care can alleviate the degree of anxiety and depression and effectively regulate the psychological state of patients with malignant hematological diseases, so as to maintain the balance of the psychological state of patients, thereby improving the quality of life and comfort of patients, and improving the compliance rate and satisfaction rate of nursing, so that patients can get more clinical benefits.
