基于价值工程理论的医用氧源建设方案比较决策研究

摘    要:目的:运用价值工程方法,比较决策出最优的医用氧源建设方案,满足医院建设运营需求。方法:运用价值工程的方法和步骤,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,采用评价法进行功能评分,确定成本系数和价值系数,由功能和成本的比值即价值作为方案比较决策的最终依据,对真空变压吸附(VSA)集成制氧系统、液态氧罐和变压吸附(PSA)制氧机3种氧源建设方案进行分析,最终选出最优方案。结果:VSA集成制氧系统、液态氧罐和PSA制氧机3种方案比较中,计算得出的价值系数分别为1.3743、0.7851和0.7768,VSA集成制氧系统的价值系数大于液态氧罐和PSA制氧机,为最优氧源建设方案。结论:将价值工程方法运用到医用氧源建设方案的比较决策中,能更好地把技术和经济统一起来,满足建设需求。

Study on the comparison and decision-making of medical oxygen source scheme on the basis of value engineering
Abstract:Objective:To compare and make decision for optimal construction scheme of medical oxygen source by using value engineering method so as to meet the needs of construction and operation in hospital.Methods:Applied the methods and steps of value engineering,and used analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine index weight,and adopted evaluation method to implement function score and to ascertain cost coefficient and value coefficient.And the ratio of function and cost,that was value,was used as the ultimate dependence of comparison and decision of scheme.And 3 kinds of construction schemes of oxygen source,included integrated oxygen generation system with vacuum swing adsorption(VSA),liquid oxygen tank and pressure swing adsorption(PSA)oxygenator,were analyzed.And then,the optimal scheme was determined at the last.Results:In comparisons of integrated oxygen generation system with VSA,liquid oxygen tank and PSA oxygenator,the calculated value coefficients of them were 1.3743,0.7851 and 0.7768.The value coefficient of oxygen generation system with VSA was the largest,and it was the optimal scheme.Conclusion:The value engineering method that is applied in the comparative decision of construction scheme of medical oxygen source can better unify technique and economy so as to meet the demand of construction.
