椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床疗效

目的探究老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折经椎体成形术治疗的方法与临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月-2019年8月医院收治的老年骨质疏松性骨折患者76例,按照数字随机法分为治疗组38例与参照组38例,参照组实施保守治疗,治疗组实施椎体成形术治疗。对比分析两组治疗前后两组患者临床疗效、日常生活能力水平及疼痛评分情况。结果两组患者疼痛评分在治疗前比较,无统计学差异,P> 0.05;治疗组患者治疗后疼痛评分显著低于参照组,P <0.05;治疗前两组患者日常生活能力水平无统计学差异,P> 0.05,治疗后治疗组日常生活能力水平评分明显高于参照组,有统计学差异,P <0.05;治疗组治疗总有效率为,参照组为,治疗组明显高于参照组,有统计学差异,P <0.05。结论老年骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者经椎体成形术治疗可缓解术后疼痛,提高患者日常生活能力,疗效确切。

Clinical Effect of Vertebroplasty in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Spinal Fractures

Objective To investigate the method and clinical efficacy of vertebroplasty in the treatment of senile osteoporotic spinal fractures. Methods 76 patients with senile osteoporotic fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were enrolled. According to the digital randomization method, 38 patients in the treatment group and 38 patients in the reference group were enrolled. The reference group was treated conservatively. Perform vertebroplasty treatment. The pain scores, daily living ability levels and treatment effects of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment, the pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the reference group, and there was statistical difference, P < 0.05. There was no daily living ability level of the two groups before treatment. Statistical difference, P > 0.05, the score of daily living ability of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the reference group after treatment, there was statistical difference, P < 0.05;the total effective rate of treatment group was the reference group, the treatment group was significantly higher than the reference group. Group, there was a statistical difference, P < 0.05. Conclusion Vertebroplasty in elderly patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures can alleviate postoperative pain and improve patients’ daily living ability.
