尿毒症血液透析患者应用预见性护理的价值

目的探讨尿毒症血液透析患者护理中应用预见性护理的临床价值。方法本次84例研究对象均是本院2017年10月-2018年12月收治的尿毒症患者,使用数字标注法均分为两组,在血液透析护理中,干预组(n=42)应用预见性护理、常规组(n=42)应用基础性护理,对比两组应用效果。结果干预组治疗依从率为97.62%,常规组为83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预组并发症发生率为4.76%,常规组为19.05%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论尿毒症血液透析患者护理中预见性护理的临床应用价值较高,患者治疗依从性更高、并发症发生率更低。

Clinical Value of Predictive Nursing in the Nursing of Hemodialysis Patients With Uremia

Objective To investigate the clinical value of predictive nursing in the nursing of hemodialysis patients with uremia. Methods Eighty-four subjects were enrolled in the uremia patients admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to December 2018. They were divided into two groups using digital annotation. In the hemodialysis nursing, the intervention group(n =42) was applied predictive nursing, the routine group(n =42) was applied basic nursing, and compared the effects of the two groups. Results The treatment compliance rate was 97.62% in the intervention group and 83.33% in the routine group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The complication rate was 4.76% in the intervention group and 19.05% in the routine group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical application value of predictive nursing in uremic hemodialysis patients is higher, patients have higher treatment compliance and lower complication rate.
