思维导图在化疗患者饮食指导中的应用

目的探讨思维导图在化疗患者饮食宣教应用方法与效果。方法将本科2019年1月-3月初次化疗患者68例随机分为干预组34例和对照组34例,对照组采用常规护理宣教方式,即口头宣教联合APP宣教,干预组在对照组的基础上运用思维导图。观察两组患者化疗饮食知识掌握情况及患者满意度。结果干预组患者对化疗饮食知识总体掌握度(8.16±1.17)分优于对照组(7.27±1.39)分。干预组患者健康宣教满意度(75.00%)也高于对照组(53.33%)。结论根据化疗三个不同时间段(化疗前、化疗中、化疗后)饮食注意事项不同设计的饮食思维导图,能够提高肿瘤患者对化疗饮食掌握度,促进护患有效沟通,提高患者满意度。

Application of Mind Map in Dietary Guidance of Chemotherapy Patients

Objective To explore the application method and effect of mind mapping in dietary education of cancer patients underwent chemotherapy. Methods 68 patients with primary chemotherapy from January 2019 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the intervention group(34 cases) and the control group(34 cases). The control group was given routine nursing education and oral education combined with APP education. The intervention group was given mind mapping on the basis of the control group. Observed two groups of patients with chemotherapy diet knowledge and patient satisfaction. Results The knowledge of chemotherapy in the intervention group(7.65±0.78) points was better than that in the control group(6.26±1.22) points. The satisfaction rate of health education in intervention group(75.00%) was also higher than that in control group(53.33%). Conclusion Different dietary mind maps designed according to the dietary precautions of three different periods of chemotherapy(before, during and after chemotherapy) can improve the mastery of chemotherapy diet, promote effective communication between nurses and patients, and improve patients’ satisfaction.
