单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除治疗胆囊良性疾病的效果分析

目的探讨单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除治疗胆囊良性疾病的效果。方法本研究选取2017年1月-2018年12月之间在吉林省人民医院接受治疗100例胆囊良性疾病患者为观察对象,依据不同手术方案分为对照组(50例,传统腹腔镜治疗)和试验组(50例,单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除治疗),对比两组手术指标、肝肾功能和电解质指标情况。结果试验组手术出血量明显少于对照组,术后进食时间、下床活动时间、消化功能恢复时间明显短于对照组,疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组AST和ALT明显低于对照组,而其K^+和Na^+则明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论胆囊良性疾病患者接受单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除治疗,更加安全有效,应用价值较高。

Single-port Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy For Benign Gallbladder Diseases

Objective To investigate the effect of single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of benign gallbladder diseases. Methods A total of 100 patients with benign gallbladder diseases treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into control group(50 cases, traditional laparoscopic treatment) and experimental group(50 cases, single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment) according to different surgical schemes. The operative indexes, liver and kidney functions and the electrolyte index of the two groups were compared. Results The amount of bleeding in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group. The time of eating, getting out of bed and recovery of digestive function were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). AST and ALT in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while K+ and Na+ in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is more effective and safe for patients with benign gallbladder diseases.
