基于J2EE云平台大数据的居民健康管理服务体系构建与应用

目的:设计基于云平台、大数据的健康管理系统,以满足居民自身健康管理需求。方法:采用J2EE组合框架平台,利用Oracle数据库软件设计开发居民健康管理系统,建立基于云计算、大数据等新型数据深度融合于应用技术的智慧居民健康管理服务系统。系统由用户管理、健康数据、健康管家、家庭健康及网上医院等模块组成,以互联网为载体,为社区居民提供专业、便利、高品质的全数据和多元化智慧健康服务。结果:设计建立的居民健康管理服务系统可实现远程预约就诊,已有2000余名家庭医生完成居民健康管理平台注册,平台已服务居民>500万余人次,对居民健康进行系统化、网络化管理,利用有限的资源在社区居民疾病发生前了解家庭健康情况,有针对性地进行预防,并可提高慢性病管理效率,助力推动个性化医疗的发展。结论:基于J2EE云平台大数据的居民健康管理系统,对实现自我、动态、在线和集成健康管理以及完善居民健康管理信息化具有积极的参考价值,有利于促进居民健康。

Construction and application of service system about resident health management on the basis of J2EE cloud platform and big data

Objective:To meet the needs of residents for own health management by designing a health management system based on cloud platform and big data.Methods:The J2EE combined frame platform and Oracle database software were used to design and develop this resident health management system,and to establish intelligent service system for resident health management on the basis of applied technique which deeply integrated cloud computing,big data and other new techniques.And this system consisted of user management,health data,health butler,family health and online hospital and other modules.The internet was used as a carrier to provide professional,convenient,high quality,full data,multiple and intelligent health service for community residents.Results:The designed and established service system for resident health management could achieve remote appointment and diagnosis,and more than 2000 family doctors had completed registration on this platform of resident health management.And this platform had served more than 500 million person-times for residents.The systemized and network-based management for residents could grasp the situation of family health before disease occurrence of community residents by using limited resource,and implement prevention measurement with target.And it could improve management efficiency of chronic disease and contribute to promote the development of personalized medicine.Conclusion:Resident health management system on the basis of J2EE cloud platform and big data has positive reference value for realizing self,dynamic,online and integrated health management,and it is conducive to promote health of residents.
