基于联机分析处理OLAP技术的医院运营分析管理系统实现与应用

目的:基于联机分析处理(OLAP)技术的医院临床数据中心和信息集成平台的建设,构建应用服务于决策人员的医院运营分析管理系统,优化临床医疗服务质量。方法:采用微软SQL Server数据集成服务(Microsoft SSIS)和微软SQL Server数据分析服务(Microsoft SSAS),以联机事务处理(OLATP)过程设计符合医院专科特色的医院运营数据模型,建设基于OLAP技术的医院运营数据分析管理系统。结果:医院运营管理系统实现了从医院、科室和个人的多维度的联动数据分析,真正意义上实现了数据的结构清晰,来源追溯明确,能够细化地追踪分析从关键绩效指标(KPI)到每一个患者信息,以及每一个收费结算项目的细化追踪及分析,并可追溯解决从各项目终末指标值的趋势分析到发现的数据源头问题的追溯得以解决。结论:通过医院运营管理系统为医院决策层提供了可靠的管理指标数据支撑,有效优化临床医疗服务水平,提高对患者的服务质量。

Implementation and application of hospital operation analysis system on the basis of OLAP technique

Objective:To construct clinical data center and information integration platform of hospital on the basis of on-line analytical processing(OLAP)so as to be applied and serviced in operation analysis management system of decision makers in hospital,and to optimize service quality of clinical care.Methods:SQL Server integration services(SSIS)and SQL Server analytical services(SSAS)of Microsoft were adopted.And the online transaction processing(OLTP)was used to design data model of hospital operation that conformed to specialist characteristics of hospital so as to construct management system of data analysis about operation of hospital on the basis of OLAP.Results:The multi-dimensional linkage data analysis,from hospitals to departments,and to individuals,was realized in operation management system of hospital.The data structure of this system was clear,and the original retrospect of data was specific,and this system could refined tracing analyze key performance indicators(KPI),information of each patients and each tolling election item,and it could trace and resolve the data source problems that were found from trend analysis of terminal indicator values of each item.Conclusion:This operation management system of hospital provides reliable data support of management indicator for decision-makers of hospital.It can effectively optimize the level of clinical medical service and improve the service quality for patients.
