人文关怀护理在门诊换药患者中的可行性分析

目的对门诊换药患者进行人文关怀干预,探讨人文关怀在门诊换药过程中的临床效果,对其进行分析研究,为后期门诊换药质量奠定基础。方法将我院60例门诊换药患者经随机数字分两个组别,分为对照组即常规护理组与试验组即人文关怀组且各30例。对两组间患者的有效性、护理的满意度进行分析比较。结果与对照组比之,经护理后试验组有效率明显得到提升,满意度明显改善,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对门诊换药过程采用人文关怀干预方式,不仅能促进身体得到尽快康复,改善疗效明显,而且有效提高了护理的满意度,值得临床上进行借鉴应用。

Feasibility Analysis of Humanistic Care in Outpatient Dressing Change Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of humanistic care in outpatient dressing change,and to analyze and study it,so as to lay a foundation for the quality of outpatient dressing change.Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the routine nursing group(control group)and the humanistic care group(experimental group),with 30 patients in each group.The effectiveness of patients and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the efficiency and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly improved,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care intervention for outpatient dressing change is helpful to promote early recovery of the body,with obvious effects and effective improvement of nursing satisfaction,which is of clinical importance.
