| 摘 要： | 目的探讨广东籍汉族人CD14基因-159C／T位点多态性和哮喘易感性及对血浆IgE水平的影响。方法正常组和哮喘组各100例。取外周血离心后，用ELISA法测定血浆IgE水平，抽提DNA，用RFLP—PCR方法检测CD14基因-159C／T位点多态性分布。结果对照组和哮喘组等位基因c、T分布差异有显著性（x2=7．61，P〈0．01），c等位基因和哮喘相关（OR（C／T）=1．77，95％CI=1．178—2．643，P〈0．01）两组基因型（TT、CT、CC）频率的分布差异亦有显著意义（x2=7．651，P〈0．01），同组内，C等位基因携带者血浆IgE水平高于非携带者；同一基因型，哮喘组lgE水平高于对照组。结论CD14基因启动子-159位点多态性和哮喘易感性有关，c等位基因和血浆IgE水平升高相关联。
