胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-2在肺腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘要：目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-2（insulinlike growthfactor binding protein-2，IGFBP-21在肺腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测了50例肺腺癌以及相应癌旁肺组织中IGFBP-2的表达情况，并分析其与相关临床病理参数的关系。结果肺腺癌组织及相应癌旁肺组织中IGFBP-2的阳性率分别为74％、8％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。与高、中分化的肺腺癌相比，低分化肺腺癌IGFBP-2阳性表达的比例明显较高，两者之间的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。此外，与不伴淋巴结转移的肺腺癌相比，在伴有淋巴结转移的肺腺癌中IGFBP-2阳性表达的比例明显较高，两者之间的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论IGFBP-2在肺腺癌组织中有较高表达且与分化较差及淋巴结转移相关，表明其在肺腺癌的发生、发展及转归过程中可能具有-定的意义。

Expression of Insulin-like Growth Factor Binding Protein-2 in Lung Adenocarcinoma and its Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of IGFBP-2 in lung adenocarcinoma. Methods Fifty patients with lung adenocarcinoma were examined with immunohistochemist to measure the expression of IGFBP-2 and their corresponding adjacent tissues were taken as the control. The correlation of IGFBP-2 expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The expression rate of IGFBP-2 in lung adenocarcinoma （74%） was significantly higher than in adjacent normal lung tissues （8%）. In lung adenocarcinoma, IGFBP-2 expression was associated with lymph node metastasis and poor differentiation. Conclusion The higher expression of IGFBP-2 in lung adenocarcinoma may contribute to the occurrence, development and turnover of lung adenocarcinoma
